Your Pathway to Europe

General Process for Germany

Whether you want to pursue a University Degree or Vocational Training (Ausbildung), the journey to Germany follows a structured path. Here is the step-by-step roadmap to your new life.

6 Steps to Germany

01

Counseling & Language Preparation

Everything starts with a plan. We evaluate your profile to decide between Study (Bachelors/Masters) or Ausbildung. Simultaneously, you begin language training.
Study: IELTS/TOEFL (English track) or German A1-C1.
Ausbildung: German B1/B2 is Mandatory.

02

Document Recognition & Translation

German authorities must validate your previous education. We assist in getting your documents translated and certified.
Study: APS Certificate (India/China/Vietnam) & Uni-Assist.
Ausbildung: Recognition (Anerkennung) of 12th/Diploma.

03

Applications & Interviews

This is where the paths diverge slightly. We submit your profile to the relevant institutions.
Study: Apply to Public/Private Universities for Admission Letter.
Ausbildung: Apply to Employers & pass online interviews for Training Contract.

04

Securing Finances

You must prove you can afford to live in Germany.
Study: Open a Blocked Account (approx. €11,208/year).
Ausbildung: Your monthly salary (Stipend) usually acts as proof. No Blocked Account needed if salary > €900.

05

Visa Application

We organize your file with insurance, biometric photos, and forms to submit to the German Embassy.
Process: VFS Appointment -> File Submission -> Passport Stamping.

06

Departure & Settlement

Flight booking, accommodation search, and pre-departure briefing. Upon arrival, we guide you through city registration (Anmeldung) and bank account setup.
